A New Jersey native that has been practicing yoga for 7 years. Discovering yoga has been the most positive and transformative experience in her life because it has taught her to look for the answers inside of herself instead of looking for guidance within external sources. She learned yoga was not just a physical practice, but that there are many valuable teachings that expand your mind and soul as well. This realization soon brought her life purpose into the light, she realized she had to spread this heightened knowledge with other beings to heal humanity. Her teaching style incorporates the connection of mind to body and body to breath. The meditation aspect of her classes will help you relax into the present moment. This experience allows you to simply BE, leaving you with a feeling of love, peace, and prosperity.

Mary found yoga when she finished high school. It was her first exercise that she found to love outside of sports. She completed her 200 hour Registered Yoga Training in 2016 and have been teaching ever since.
“I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, but I teach a ton of different styles. During my classes you can expect to grow in flexibility, strength, and yoga training!”
After dropping more than 30lbs throughout the course of her fitness journey, Tiffany became passionate about leading others to their own fitness transformations. Her coaching style emphasizes proper weight training technique, fun and progressive cardio programs, as well as proper nutrition practices.

Miguel is a certified master trainer under AAAI and is seeking the route of bodybuilding and performing fitness shows.
“I fell in love with fitness about 8 years ago and never looked back. I believe in inspiring others to surpass they’re stopping point and falling in love with fitness and a healthy lifestyle as I did.”
Gerald Singleton is a member of the city of Atlanta fire department. With stating that Gerald holds the required EMT Certification, is certified as an emergency medical technician, Paramedic and Fire Academy certified as well as State Certified. Gerald is also certified under ACE and AAAI for his master training certification and Nutrition.

That’s what truly inspires me most and keeps me focus especially at the time of rescue.”

Growing up in Belle Glade, Florida sports was a focal point of the small town. In high school Eddie was a dual-sport athlete, Football and Track and Field, where he won a State Title in Track and Field. Later he attended the University of Dubuque to play football but took more of an interest in Track and Field. Eddie left his mark at the University of Dubuque finishing as a Two Time All-American, Indoor and Outdoor All Conference runner, 4x1 Relay record holder and later was inducted into the 2018 University of Dubuque Hall of Fame.
